George® — Legal

SMS Program

George FI Corporation Alerts, operated by George FI Corporation — what we text, how often, and how opting in and out works.

Updated2026-08-07

About the program

  • George FI Corporation Alerts: account notifications for existing subscribers — we text you when the software detects activity on, or changes its status for, a contract you already track in your dashboard.
  • Message frequency varies with market activity, up to 10 messages per day.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel — or manage alerts any time from your account page.
  • Notifications are informational only. They are not financial advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and they never contain offers, promotions or performance claims.

How you opt in

Enrollment happens only on your logged-in account page, in three steps: you enter your mobile number, you actively check the consent box below (it is never pre-checked), and you confirm a one-time 6-digit verification code we text to that number. No number receives alerts without completing all three steps. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any George FI Corporation service.

Yes, text me the code

I agree to receive recurring automated account notification text messages about activity on contracts I track from George FI Corporation at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel — no further alert messages are sent to that number. Reply HELP for program info, or email hello@georgefi.trade. You can also pause alerts or delete your number entirely from your account page at any time — deleting removes the number from our records.

Terms & privacy

The program is governed by our Terms of Service (see the SMS Alerts Program section) and our Privacy Policy (see SMS Alerts & Phone Numbers — including how your number is stored, processed via Twilio, and deleted). Alerts are informational only and are not financial advice.
